Secretariat
Manages all administrative support, documentation, and internal communications, ensuring transparency and efficient record-keeping for the organization.
Treasury & Financial Head
Oversees budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation, ensuring transparency and accountability in all financial matters for VOCI's sustainable growth.

Events & Logistics Head

Digital Media & Communication Head

Annual elections held October 1 (3/4 vote) with terms shifting from 2 to 3 years for stability. Departmental roles appointed by higher tiers annually on November 1.

2026: Appoint Regional Coordinator, launch Nairobi branch, plan additional regions.
2027: Expand to 5 regions, prepare Continental Leadership Council (CLC).
